App is lacking some serious features others have. No live updates, appears to be no photo sharing, no way for parents to send messages to teachers. Bummer, our center switched to this app because it's pretty bad. Update:they've made improvement for the above issues. Was a 1-star review, now 4 stars. Could be a little less glitchy. Sometimes you need to open and close the "daily note" for it to show today's and not yesterdays.

I really like the app! My only complaint is that the system sometime glitches when I try to send a message. I now type it out using another platform and just copy and paste my message when I need to send one.

Notifications are not selectable. You have to physically go in the app. You cannot see your child's progress throughout the day until the daily sheet is submitted which is bothersome. I do like that photos can be sent throughout the day and messages get sent so quickly. Just wish you could see active daily logs as they happen and for notifications to open the app.

Update app finally working most days when opened but not always receiving my URGENT messages like b4 which has caused issues. Used to get them and all the other notifications no problem b4 ur last update 10/21. So glad I made sure ALL the teachers who deal with my young in had my cell # just incase cuz there was urgency that needed to be dealt with and not once did I get the notification til 2 days later. Hopefully this important bug will be fixed asap. Giving another star since it works most days
