So, application is good, but do not send me notification when I receive money. So time send, so time not. Usually I have never received notification for my monthly salary, but when I transfer money internally from one an aunt to another it sends notification.

Very minimalistic UI (would like to see some improvements to it) but overall functional app. It appears we do not get notifications when, for example, we have received payment? I've got all app notifications turned on, but still do not get notified, so I assume this is an app issue?

Again, the fingerprint login stopped working. Otherwise, app is functional and well laid out.

Crashes on googled Android because of hard dependencies on Google services, which in most normal banking applications are optional and still permit the user to use the basic banking services. The fact that this app even refuses to start makes me wonder as to what Google services it uses to track me and why are they so necessary to not let me use basic banking services on clean Android runtime, as with other banks. App also pushes some dubious CO2 tracking which I cannot disable. Shady.

From the last month, the app takes extra time to acknowledge any money that have entered my account, putting my account on minus and nearly getting me a heart attack while I had money in the account. I have received money back from a purchase and got the sms acknowledging it, but they are still not in my account after nearly 2 weeks. Never had these problems before, now it is KBC it is terrible.

The bank as a whole is the worst experience I've ever had. If you send money on Monday expect it on Friday, because why not. Money transfers don't even work from 8pm to 8am. The app doesn't show you accurately how much money you have 50% of the time. Money transfers are REALLY slow. I am so mad that I opened my company account with this bank. I've never left a review on any app but I had to. Please never open an account with this bank.
