Good banking app, minus one star as there is a now way to disable the useless 'Kate'. Found a small bug, in that the sound for a failed mobile payment is exactly the same as that for a successful one.

Honestly, the best mobile banking app I've ever used, and I've used about four of them. It's the easiest to understand and use at first glance. It's packed with features that are actually useful and not just a gimmick I found on others. Kate is one of the features that makes everything easy and intuitive to use. The app is always working which is weird to say but trust me I had one specific banking app that was always under maintenance or just not working especially when you need it the most.

Remove Kate Coins in KBC/CBC App Folks!! I just found out how to remove the Kate Coin Feature in the app. Just go to settings, privacy, extra convenience, uncheck it!! Enjoy

I've never had any issues with this app until these last few weeks when I've tried to make internet purchases and the webpage won't toggle into the app for payment. When I put card info I get three choices, app, itsme or with the card reader. If I try the app again, I can see the gears and my info won't load, so I'm forced to use the card reader which is very annoying. I don't know if the problem is with the Firefox app or the KBC app 🤔

Would be a 5 star if they just removed their Kate chatbot. That thing is absolutely useless, a bottleneck, waste of time and cause of frustration in an otherwise smooth application. In the last years there hasn't been a single occasion (not exaggerating) in which it has remotely helped me. The worst chatbot I ever interacted with (that includes those early chatbots in the 2010s) Get rid of it please. Or give me at least the option to switch it off

Used to be the best banking app in Belgium and a major selling point for sticking to KBC. Then they implemented advertising, and then they completely locked users out of the app if the app could not connect to Google Play Services. Shame to see KBC fall so low. Time to fully transition to another bank.
