Unable 2 install the App on my new phone. Showing application integrity check failed. Cust care cud not help, KR Pura Br Blr 2 failed prob could not be solved it's really a pity that even the staff don't have hinted about how to solve the issue. My loan accounts are linked to this bank, and I am worried that this problem mit affect my account and loan payments. Seriously the Bank should think of a user-friendly app. I am planning to transfer my account to a more friendly Bank. Want to give -0

New look is fine app ask/require location to be turned on every time I need to use the app which is completely inappropriate. Other bank apps doesn't require mandatory location on to use its mobile banking app. Now don't give me reason as safety n security purpose also have multiple issues, while doing some operations, session termination happens n need relogin again when I try to go back to previous page session terminate n logout

It is frustrating for everyone... with new features and extra features without branch visit... 😡😡😡😭😭😭 and Your app interface is old and kindly gives a new interface or launch a new features app with advanced features and more features for Debit card control, Account unfreeze by mobile banking, Re-KYC verification and more...
