Smooth and simple hospital app easy to use

They don't care to pick up the call on the hotline. I spent 2 hours today and the PA of the doctor said I need to wait 2 hours more (the doctor just came that time). I know a doctor has a randomized priority schedule. But should the concerned people pick up my phone, I wouldn't have come and waste my time.

This is a very poor and frustrating app. I booked an appointment with Dr. Farzana Kabir through this app three days in advance and received the first serial number. However, when I went to the hospital after three days, they told me that my serial number was actually 22. This caused unnecessary hassle and wasted my time. I would strongly say that downloading and using this app is a complete inconvenience. In my opinion, using this app is simply a waste and a foolish decision.
