The customer care says that no live tv channel can be played. They say that there are 50 free channels but after subscribing they say that Samsung 5 g mobile will not support (129 plan) But play report live tv channel, what is the reason that KEE APP is not mentioning everything clearly. Please don't cheat like this.

The worst purchase I have made on Google Play. The channels keep buffering and watching any program is a pain. In the live channels section, we have to pay extra for most of the channels, even after taking a Rs. 299/- subscription. Even some of the free channels (e.g. Jeevan) cannot be viewed. The app keeps directing to contact the cable operator. A real let down by the Kerala Vision. Keep away from this app and don't let others swindle your money. My Rs. 299/- is gone down the drain. Cancelling.

Misleading. Stay away. I got Onam offer as part of KV broadband. Logged in and I was asked to subscribe again. Offer I got was 10 OTT access for free as per the provider offer. I logged in and there was no access, even for free content. This is a very, very generic app. You need additional OTT play subscription, which you can take directly. No need for an intermediary like KEE. Extremely disappointed!!! UNINSTALLED!!!

Bad app, subscribed for 249 and 88 plan but no content is playing, and it's navigating to subscription page again. Waited for customer care support almost a week but no solution yet
