1 & half hours late my afternoon lunch becomes the evening snack it happens 5:2 if you order 5 times at least 2 order was taken 60 to 90 mins IDK what's the reason but keegie need to provide proper transparency to the consumer about the order detail like restaurant prepared your order, delivery guy going to take you order, order catch up statuses current details are not enough to knew more about our order It's really a good service I have been using 3 months impressed by the Keegan customer call support

One of the worst app and worst food delivery I saw in my history. No user-friendly app and very very very late and delay delivery without any excuse and empathy.

This is the worst food delivery app I have ever seen. I ordered some food and after completing the payment suddenly I just got logged out of the app. I tried so many times to login but I couldn't log in. The app said I have been blocked by the app. After contacting the customer care they told me they blocked me because I ordered food after 6:30pm and they will not order food after 6:30pm. At least they should inform it without blocking me from using the app. I would like to give 0 rating to app👎
