Overall, it's a companion app that does what it needs to, and I like it. But: -Add notes to tracking: what you were feeling, did you continue, etc. - I notice that when I'm syncing my phone, I can't go into my band info and have to restart the app and the other way around. -I recently got a new phone and it's so hard to sync my band to my new phond and IDK why. -I wish I could customize pictures in the app and stuff like that. Generally, I just wish I had more control how my tracking looked.

Like someone else suggested - it would be good if periodically the app even popped up with a "How are you feeling right now?" on a scale from 1 to 10 with 1 being calm and 10 being really anxious or emotionally distressed, so that the app could produce a graph to show how your mood correlates with your habit, or even the time of day for example. It'd be useful to be aware of certain triggering times + feelings to identify and talk with psychologist about to assist in habit reversal! Thank you!!

This is helping me stop pulling! The bracelet vibrates when I try to pull and that kind of wakes me up. So I don't do it as much. Honestly didn't realize how much I did it until now.

This bracelet is AWESOME! Although I was worried at first because I could sneak a hair quickly without a buzz if I really wanted to, it has absolutely made me more aware. It's made me discover that my hand goes to my head long before the pull, something I had no idea I did! It buzzes and stops me before I can even find a hair that I really want to pull. AMAZING! Room for improvement: the breathing exercise should be easier to access, maybe a different button. Also, more stats/history please!

I had high hopes for this device. The app loses connection with the device every time you close the app so retraining (which I did over and over) is stressful because you have to wait. I am returning the band. It buzzes constantly except when it is supposed to. I have retrained 10 or 12 times. I can't do anything without a buzz, then I try to make it buzz and it won't. Huge waste of 140 dollars.

I like the bracelet, but this app is so bad. It almost never recognizes the bracelet and crashes routinely. The main page is several suggestions for what to do if the app isn't recognizing the band, so I imagine it's a frequent issue.

The bands are helpful when they work, but the app is terrible. I have to un- and re-install to get it to recognize my bands every single time I need to recalibrate, which is almost every day. They easily get thrown off if you're not wearing them constantly. Even when the app finds both bands, it will lose one when I make adjustments to the other.

Listen to the reviews that say it doesn't work. They just did an update and it ruined it. It doesn't vibrate until I am ready to pull. So before it vibrated if my hands got close. What's the point. I will pull if my fingers are on the eyebrow just about to pull. It doesn't work. The vibration is on its max setting, and you can barely feel it. It is waste of money!

The thought was there for sure. I relapsed with my trichotillomania and I thought it was worth a shot. Unfortunately despite continuous retraining I still get many false positives, to the point where I can't even text without my band going off. I think this is a huge step in the right direction for addressing and treating BFRBs but there's a lot of room for improvement.
