SO I'M NOT DOING THEM BECAUSE I GET FRUSTRATED. I FOUND A PLACE TO CREATE A PERSONALIZED WORKOUT, SO I CREATED ONE THAT WAS 5 MINUTES, AND IT DISAPPEARED!!!!! I'M GOING TO CANCEL THIS AND FIND SOMETHING ELSE. FIFTEEN MINUTES A DAY IS PLENTY AND CERTAINLY MUCH BETTER THAN NONE.

★★☆☆☆ After I installed this app I started getting random ads on my phone! Not while I was using the app! Ads popping up while taking photos, writing work emails and even typing this review! Should be removed from the app store!
