Kegel exercises, also known as pelvic floor muscle training, are simple squeeze and release exercises for your pelvic floor muscles to help make them stronger.
A weak pelvic floor may cause issues such as not being able to control your bowels or bladder. So, doing kegels can help improve urinary incontinence. Both men and women can do pelvic floor exercises.
Many factors can cause the pelvic floor in women to weaken such as pregnancy, childbirth, aging and weight gain. Men also experience this as well due to aging or if the man has had prostrate surgery.
Kegel Guide provides you with the basic tools to help you complete your kegel exercises. With Kegel Guide, you will get an easy to use interface, an area to set up your weekly / daily unlimited reminders, a progress tracker, and a set of audio and visual guides to help you conveniently complete your workout anytime and anywhere.

This keel app is great. Very simple. Easy to use. What I like best and
that others don't do is it allows me to set the number of reps, and the
seconds for holds and releases based, on what my doctor has prescribed.
Other apps have preset exercises and/or progress the exercises contrary to
our doctors' recommended practice. So this app is perfect for me. So far
the ads have been unobtrusive. If you want to get rid of them, the cost is
a reasonable .99. Well worth the price. I've downloaded many apps and none
have fit my needs, except this one. Also, lets you set multiple reminders
and the voice is pleasant. Not sure if has vibration for discretion, but I
use headphones all the time anyway.

A very simple to use app with a good choice of seconds to squeeze and rest. The only problem I found is that the reminders are a bit unreliable. I had to find a different app to set up the reminders, otherwise I'm very pleased. This is the only one for pelvic floor exercises that I use, despite having tried all others available. Highly recommended. Since writing the above I've noticed that its daily totals has become very unreliable; maybe that's something to do with keeping high scores?

The best Keel exercise app I found so far. After using for just one week I contributed and removed ads which I never even noticed anyhow, but wanted to support the app. Nice, clean easy to use interface and reminders. Everything is totally and quickly customizable.
