It is not working 99% of the time I can see messages on my computer or on notifications but when I open the app they are not there

Was good now not so much. I record videos for work and the white bar at the top they added is formatted wrong for foldable phones, and they need to either add a scroll bar or just remove the white bar at the top since it doesn't serve a function anyway

The app doesn't load messages if your outside of business hours, notifications don't work properly, always shows unread messages even though all messages have been read. Kenect is a great platform but this app feels like it's from 2015. It needs a revamp.
