No time sync Everything seems to work as advertised, except the one thing I purchased the watch for. It won't sync time with my phone. It asks if I want to sync, but gives no option to say yes, even though the app works in all other respects and is connected

This was the most frustrating experience trying to get this app to sync with my watch. Could not get the Kenneth Cole Connect customer service to replace this piece of junk.
