Excellent service. They quoted 80 AED for cleaning my semi-SUV. I agreed as it was urgent. Later the person checked my car and said it needs "extreme wash" and will cost me 20 AED extra. 100 AED for car wash!!!!. And later they also asked me to supply the cleaner with water and hose for cleaning., 🤣🤣.

Loved their cleaning service, but app is forcing to save my card details and not allowing to delete. Stopped using keno service after that. Why should I save my card details with keno?

It was my first time to try it after downloading the app. I booked for a car wash one day in advance, the time of the car wash came but nothing changed on the app nor anyone came to wash the car. I called, and they informed me I will get someone in an hour, again nothing changed on the app. I called again, and they said the ninja on the way on the app it showed me the ninja location, but he did not move for an hour. I have to cancel the order and wash my car somewhere else. Good I chose COD
