A lovely new home for us. It is warm, cozy and well insulated. We have lots of electric sockets and adequate space in our rooms. Close to all the wonderful facilities of the University of Kent and a short bus ride from the city center, we have it all!

Lots of bugs and technical issues. There is no support to address app issues. They all keep referring to another person just circles.

Doesn't work from the get go, says "log in with SSO" then opens your browser for half a second then goes back to the log in screen
