Keper: AI Calorie Tracker

Keper is a calorie counter, food diary, and macro tracker that makes nutrition logging clearer and easier to keep up with.

LOG FOOD YOUR WAY
• Search foods, scan a barcode, photograph a meal, or enter a nutrition label
• Review the food and serving before it is added to your diary
• Log several foods together, save private foods and meals, and reuse meals you eat often
• Track breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and your own meal names

FOOD DATA WITH CLEAR SOURCES
Keper keeps food sources visible instead of blending them together. Search results may come from USDA FoodData Central, the Canadian Nutrient File, or Open Food Facts for packaged products. Personal foods and meals stay clearly marked as yours, so you can decide what to trust and adjust.

TRACK CALORIES, MACROS, AND MORE
• See calories, protein, carbs, and fat against your daily targets
• Explore vitamins and minerals when source data supports them
• Adjust a serving, timestamp, or nutrition values before logging
• Log water, exercise, and weight alongside your food diary
• Follow daily, weekly, and monthly trends without overreacting to one day

SMART TOOLS, WITH YOU IN CONTROL
Use AI photo scan to identify likely foods from a plate. Keper never logs a photo automatically: you review the foods, choose the best match, and set the portion first. Barcode scanning and food search remain fast paths for packaged and everyday foods.

PLAN WITH CONTEXT
Build a practical calorie and macro target around your goal, then use meal planning, grocery lists, reminders, and the Keper Coach to turn that target into daily choices. Keper explains target changes in plain language and leaves the final decision to you.

BUILT FOR REAL LIFE
• True-black dark mode and flexible layout density
• Android widget, optional Health Connect imports, and local reminders
• Export your history when you need it
• Privacy-conscious design with no public social feed or shame-based streaks
