I got a defective product (WC) from a Kermit dealer in jaipur, and when I asked to replace it, then I got to know about the brand, their many products come with manufacturing defects, and they have no customer support at all. The dealer as well as Kermit sales executive verbally fight like unprofessional leaving me shocked, and after a month registering my complaint I got no solution. By this experience I will say go for another brand if you get into any problem then there will be no solution

These guys are cheaters giving false assurances. I had issue with my flush for which there guy took over 7 days to visit my place in bombay. Who takes 7 days? The guys name was subhash. He didn't solve the problem told us new parts are required which will be arranged in 3 to 4 days. I even spoke to his boss Mr. Prakash who assured job will be done in 3 to 4 days. It's been 10 days since I have been following up and Mr. Subhash tells me that he is still awaiting parts from Delhi. Now he has started ignoring my calls. Nevertheless, one should beware of dealing with such unprofessional.
