This is my go too kettle bell exercise app now, great selection of exercises for all levels, well put together and good visual explanation on how to do each one.

This app his extremely helpful and easy to use. It takes the "thinking" out of creating a kettle bell workout. Greg is an excellent instructor, his videos are short, yet clear and concise. It would be worth your while to watch the videos if you need a refresher on how to perform a movement, or if you have not yet learned a technique. Enjoy! And thank you, Greg. Another fantastic product!

This is a great app, but where is the kettle bell snatch exercise? This is a fundamental kettle bell exercise, but it doesn't seem to be included in any of the workouts.
