It is so handy to be able to order coffee supplies from my easy chair and be restocked in just a few days. Hint: Set yourself up a recurring order and never worry about running out of coffee! Plus, Keurig provides a pretty substantial discount on recurring orders. If I drink more coffee than usual between orders, I load this app and simply select the process order now button. If I don't need more quite yet, I simply delay my order by a week or so. It's that simple! Love it!!!

I have used the Keurig coffee machines since the product was introduced to the public. Today I purchased our 5th machine since retiring to Florida. The last three machines have completely turned off after being descaled. Normally the machine has brewed 2 to 4 cups after descaling then it will shut down. And from the comments I have read I am not the only one with this problem.

Extremely difficult to correct Smart Delivery orders using the app. Then, if you try to correct the order through Keurig's telephone helpdesk, the order still arrives wrong. Latest error: billing me for an item I earned through award points, despite my alerting them to the error 4 times.

Lost hours of my life trying to connect a ridiculous smart coffee maker to the Wi-Fi without success. Unbelievably stupid process that's buggy, flawed, and poorly documented. Absolute garbage and incredibly furious.

I actually dread opening this app. I have to use it to see how many pods I've left on my Smart Deliveries and correct the counts if they are slightly off. It never loads. It's a brilliant idea. The coffee maker detects what kind of coffee I'm using and tells Keurig. Keurig decrements the counter and when it gets low enough, they auto ship me coffee. But it's so hard to get in there to see if the count is correct that often the deliveries are off.
