Just started using my new K-Supreme Smart Keurig yesterday. Easy to set up and connect to Wi-Fi. The extra 12 months of warranty was a nice surprise. The coffee I've made is really delicious! Very Happy with my purchase!

Good app. I've actually ordered from it ... I tried to use the schedule a brew feature, and it sets up okay. But it never takes place after I set it up. The coffee maker is connected to the Wi-Fi. If I push the button to brew from the app it will work...... for some reason the schedule part of it just isn't working. And I could be doing something wrong with the app. There is always that possibility

5* IF . My prob was changing Wi-Fi network. Instructions were good, but it was easier for me to DISCONNECT and start over by brewer Code scanning. Asked for new network/password. Connection made! Have this Smart brewer 2.5years...works like a charm still.

Lost hours of my life trying to connect a ridiculous smart coffee maker to the Wi-Fi without success. Unbelievably stupid process that's buggy, flawed, and poorly documented. Absolute garbage and incredibly furious.

The app is a fail. This is the worst app I have on my phone, and it makes something as simple as ordering or checking an order for COFFEE that is just absolutely frustrating. The orders page will either take forever to load or not at all.

This app is ridiculously slow. The navigation is horrible. I use it with my smart brewer, so it will automatically reorder my pods when they are low, which usually becomes a manual task because the smart brewer won't stay connected to Wi-Fi, which is a whole other issue. I still get a great cup of coffee, but I will definitely not buy another smart brewer from Keurig.
