It is so handy to be able to order coffee supplies from my easy chair and be restocked in just a few days. Hint: Set yourself up a recurring order and never worry about running out of coffee! Plus, Keurig provides a pretty substantial discount on recurring orders. If I drink more coffee than usual between orders, I load this app and simply select the process order now button. If I don't need more quite yet, I simply delay my order by a week or so. It's that simple! Love it!!!

Just started using my new K-Supreme Smart Keurig yesterday. Easy to set up and connect to Wi-Fi. The extra 12 months of warranty was a nice surprise. The coffee I've made is really delicious! Very Happy with my purchase!

5* IF . My prob was changing Wi-Fi network. Instructions were good, but it was easier for me to DISCONNECT and start over by brewer Code scanning. Asked for new network/password. Connection made! Have this Smart brewer 2.5years...works like a charm still.

Lost hours of my life trying to connect a ridiculous smart coffee maker to the Wi-Fi without success. Unbelievably stupid process that's buggy, flawed, and poorly documented. Absolute garbage and incredibly furious.

I am tired of having to reconnect to Wi-Fi for a cup of coffee. The helpdesk is useless. The app tells me the brewer is connected, but I wasted 5 pods because the brewer says it's not connected and keeps telling me to reconnect. I am finally DONE with Keurig. I had one of the original Keurig, but after buying 4 brewers over 6 years, I have finally learned my lesson. Your machines are too expensive to be considered disposable after 12 Mos of making 1-2 cups a day. Keurig sucks.
