Great locks have them on all my exterior doors. I do have the pro system, and all work fast and well. I did have problems at first, but most were resolved by making sure I held still while programming the Blu Tooth at the locks themselves. The benefits of the pro link are that I can lock and unlock the doors anywhere, l and also check the status on locks, including the battery percentage. All in all, Kevo is a much more secure lock for my needs and smart home.

I just tried to update it, and it worked. I was even able to connect my wife's phone to it now. So she's happy and I am also. Every time we tried it. It works now in all the modes.

2023. Getting better, kevo lock Just STOPPED OUTSIDE LIGHT INFORMATION.STOP WORKING. I PUT NEW BATTERY AND TOOK IT OFF, RESET. NEW BATTERY IN FOB. It still locks and unlocks but no light ring. SENT MESSAGES TO TWINSET. Found problem. ZERO RESPONSE... DO NOT BUY THIS LOCK. MOVE TO YALE LOCKS RATES THE BEST!!!please update this app! It is terrible

I have an android, wife has an apple, Kevo app recently updated on her phone, she is now able to use siri to lock and unlock the door. Tried to use Google Assistant, told I need Kevo Plus? Lock and app have been glitchy for years, we have to open and close the app to be able to lock/ unlock the door, almost better to have a key. The lock itself chews through batteries like candy, recently changed them, battery status never went to fully green, two days later, yellow under half full.
