The price doubled from last year to this year, no, thanks. That kind of thing should be more gradual than "$20 now $40 your next autopay." I was able to cancel before I was charged the new fee, so that's good. Reply to response: name a service you pay for that an instant doubling in the cost to you is tolerable. The key word in my statement is "gradual". You haven't had a price increase since you started? That's a YOU problem. To just double it from one year to the next is making it my problem.

So many great features. But the most important feature is the worst functioning feature...the scanning of comics. Absolutely awful. It often takes 10-15 sometimes 20 attempts to get the book you scan to come up. This desperately needs fixing. Until it does, I will be using other comic collection apps.
