Never had many issues with the app, I get that sometimes it doesn't load quick or at all but when I check my bars, they're low, so I just chalk it up to that. Also, I've never had an issue with Key Bank at all. Customer service is always helpful and polite. I had a fraudulent charge, and they contacted me right away and didn't let the charge go through. Canceled that card and sent me a new one, and it arrived within a couple of days. You all Rock! Keep up the good work!

Says that the app needs to be updated. I'm trying to update it, and it says the app is no longer compatible with my device. Is this a joke?? I'm beginning to think I may no longer be compatible with Key bank. I won't continue to bank some place where I can't quickly and conveniently access my account!! This is absurd!! Edit to add in response to comment that the website is useless for mobile deposit. I will be closing my account and going to a different bank that allows me to use the app.

Now that the app has moved on to Android 14. I CANNOT USE THIS NOW TO CHECK MY OWN BANK ACCOUNT. I HAVE A SAMSUNG A71 5G AND IT DOES *NOT* GET TO BE UPDATED TO 14 I'm STUCK AT 13. SO I'm NOW PAYWALLED BEHIND GETTING A NEW PHONE TO SEE MY GOD DAMN BANK ACCOUNT

The app worked great, until it decided that my phone was not new enough to be supported. My phone isn't brand new, but it's only a few years old, so this is deeply frustrating for a bank that is rural. Most people I know have phones much older than mine, so this means that the decision to require newer phones makes the app out of reach for the majority of the customer base. I'm deeply disappointed and frustrated by this decision, and hope that key bank can reconsider.
