A must have app! This is definitely become my new must-have app for any android tablet users that also use a physical external keyboard (i.e. the TF101's Keyboard Dock). This app does exactly what it states in that it changes what is the current input method according to NOT ONLY your tablet/phone's orientation but also if an external keyboard is attached. So now I can use ASUS English Keyboard when I use my keyboard dock but Swiftkey X Tablet otherwise!

great app, few bugs though the app worked flawlessly on 2.3 if I remember correctly, however on my stock 4.0.4 it tends to misbehave. sometimes there's a lag when switching from soft keyboard (SwiftKey in my case) to hardware keyboard (to which I assigned stock Xperia keyboard), sometimes I'm not able to text anymore and have to minimize and kill the SMS app, and sometimes it doesn't switch from SwiftKey to Xperia keyboard at all. although the idea is great and I hope it'll be still developed!

Works with 3 keyboards Not only lets you choose a keyboard by orientation, but also with/without external keyboard. This way I have the Asus keyboard for my Transformer when docked, Swiftkey in landscape when undocked, and 7Notes for handwriting in portrait. Awesome!

Ridiculous amount of lag. I'm going to have to uninstall this if the lag between switching keyboards isn't fixed. It's honestly faster to manually switch the keyboard than it changing based on orientation of the phone. Hoping an update fixes this. Until then, I cannot recommend this.
