Edit: 8.24.26 DON'T DOWNLOAD IF HAVE A 2027 KIA TELLURIUM!!! If you have a 2027 Kia Tellurium Hybrid don't download the app. It doesn't connect to the newer ones. Then they reply and said get back to you and they don't. They just steal your money. I'd give no stars. I downloaded to be able to use on my Kia. But, logged in, and they don't have the 2027 Tellurium. I sent messages, emails and got a response about being busy and would get back to me! Nothing!!! No, other response from them. Beware.

You said my car was compatible, but it wasn't. A refund would be nice. Offer a free 7-day trial to see if it works on your car instead of having to pay for subscription. Then can't get your money back when the app don't work.
