I think this app has done a lot of improvement, especially in my case, where I was scammed by another same phishing app one day appeared on my mobile. I think Google Play should have been responsible for that security vulnerability issue. Of course KFC HK itself should also be obliged to bring in some changes. Over the past year, I have seen the improvement, especially in ordering security, it should enjoy 4 stars overall speaking, though I was also dubly and wrongly charged twice last year.

Clear & smooth access is no.1 priority to any app. Shame that such a big brand cannot get its app right. And really sorry for operator/management obviously with resources readily available not willing to step up, meet the need of nowadays tech-savvy patrons and get the app right. App has been crooked and has not been fixed for months. Pity such an App carrying your brand name has given large no. of users bad experience for so long.

Cannot register for a new account, keeps stating email record not found even if you try to register for a new acct, the captcha tool is really out of date too, impossible to pass the tests. Worst app ever, KFC definitely need to fire the whole IT team, so out of date!!!

Only allows pick-up and delivery in the afternoon, with the interface being very jagged and unclear. Not recommended

This app is horrible. I have spent more than 30 mins to place my order but still failed. The app is not user-friendly, I input order for multiple times, and even payment error.
