App deducts my money and then fails processing the order twice. At the restaurant they didn't want to help, and now I need to put in effort to get my money back (aka time aka money). I can not even call you to get it fixed immediately. Absolutely ridiculous, especially considering this also happened months ago and is why I didn't use the app, you think enough updates would fix it. Also, this is the only app on my phone for which paid has failed but money was still deducted.

My local kfc has a webpage that just does not work ever, so I tried the app. Not only is it impossible to use this app without using location and consenting to other data harvesting (which is illegal here btw), but it also won't let you order takeout without making an account (another privacy no-no), won't let you pay cash in store and then, at the end of all that, STILL WON'T LET ME PLACE THE ORDER. I suspect the server of my local restaurant is the real issue here, but come on!
