Horrible Experience - Ordered food and paid for it the order is stuck on pending for an hour customer service doesn't answer any calls. Customer service via fb is also useless as it was not able to promptly answer any query. Last option is to go pick up the order from the outlet since I already paid for it. Thank you for such a horrible app experience better to order from any other place than this app.

Very bad app. Can pay only using esewa and khalti. Because it had issue logging in my esewa ID, got my esewa blocked. Really disappointing.

Worst Experience (No Delivery in Bukhara) I ordered and fully paid via the app, choosing delivery option. I waited 1.5 hours without any communication (call/message). When I finally called, they informed me that delivery is not available in Bukhara. They failed to communicate the lack of service or expected wait time. The app shouldn't allow delivery orders for Bukhara, or they should call immediately to inform the customer.
