They Didn't Deliver on Time. I have placed order on their app at 6.23 and paid online, but they didn't deliver the goods nor pick the phone till 9.30 (3 hrs 15 minutes). I went to their nearby outlet staff simply say rider didn't come even does not apologize for this as well. I received my goods after 3.5 hrs when I visited their outlet. Very Bad Service and Hospitality. If they cannot deliver the goods then why they receive order and advance payment from their app.

Worst Experience (No Delivery in Bukhara) I ordered and fully paid via the app, choosing delivery option. I waited 1.5 hours without any communication (call/message). When I finally called, they informed me that delivery is not available in Bukhara. They failed to communicate the lack of service or expected wait time. The app shouldn't allow delivery orders for Bukhara, or they should call immediately to inform the customer.
