I'd give y'all 5 stars if it didn't log me out every damn time I leave the app so annoying lol I have the space of like 15 seconds to open the app and convince my bf to go to kfc as we drive past sometimes and if I have to log in we don't go lol

App crashed AFTER I submitted payment so the order didn't go through and I have to wait 2-3 business days for a refund. I'd rather order on the website but every company wants to put a useless app on your phone so that's where they hide all the deals. Deleted the app and not ordering from here again until im hungover at 7am and a meteor has struck and taken out every other easy option in the area leaving me desperate.

I was looking to find out menu and pricing but had to pretend I was doing a click n collect before I could see full menu and prices. I shouldn't have to do this just to see prices.

Cant login to the app with my Google account which is what I created my account with, can only log in online which means I can't use the app deals

Worse app experience ever. They just use doordash. But if you have an issue with your order KFC and Doordash will move blame the other. Gave up after 24 Phone calls, over the course of a month. Don't use it less you think your lucky they get it right 😫
