Ordered 20+ dollars order with 0.85 drink, get 0.33 drink instead. I have two options now - send them cry complain message or call to Polish speaker support (2 min waiting with "we are so glad that you call us, wow"). Thank you, KFC, glad to do that. Just went to the store, get another drink

Bites Teriyaki is missing. They were available only throught the official app (bites teriyaki were missing in glove or uber eats). Ordered 13 days ago last time. Now they are missing. Is it coz of low demand or bug?

The app doesn't have the basic option to change the app language and instead forces the system language. My phone's language is set to English for troubleshooting purposes, but if the app is available in Polish, then I want to be able to use it in Polish.

I tried to use your coupon while all of a sudden this app logged me out, my password doesn't work for some reason I tried to restart my password, it came to my email but the restart button sends me to KFC order site, so I don't have access to my account right now. I had a lot of problems with this app through the years, It's embarrassing, food there is worse and less year after year and now the basic app function doesn't even work properly, I'm just waiting for Popeyes to take place of KFC.

Apparently something went wrong and I can't do anything in the app. I tried uninstalling and installing again but it doesn't work, so for now 1 star is a good rating:(
