You are making distributors work difficult. To search a client we have to type 5 letters now instead of 4 earlier. CAMS allows even 3. No improvement to suggestions. Thumb rules makes our work cumbersome. The new log in procedure is taking more time. We have to give both password and OTP which is cumbersome. Give alternates like PIN or PATTERN like Cams Edge360.

I retrieved my Use rid from forgot Use rid option, after retrieving Use rid I tried to change my password, but at that time it shows as Invalid Use rid. Now from last 2 days I am trying to log in, but this worst app doesn't allow doing so. I mailed to Kfinkart, but still it's as it is, nothing has been done by your IT team. So try to improve your service, else distrutors will shift from yours app to AMC app.
