Poor Service Experience with PKGB App and PGRS Support I am disappointed with the service provided through the PKGB app. The application is not user-friendly and fails to resolve customer issues effectively. When I approached PGRS support, instead of addressing my concerns fairly, they appeared to prioritize defending their staff rather than helping customers. This shows a lack of accountability and transparency, which is unacceptable in a customer service platform. I request PKGB to improve

Worst app. Even after entering correct debit card details, unable to activate mobile banking - keep getting enter valid expiry details error. Also, why the mobile banking got disabled in first place when it was activated earlier? Pathetic.
