For activation, customer must have an active account with Kerala Gramin Bank, and a valid mobile number linked to the account for SMS Alerts. Nice alternative for net banking. But beneficiary added in net banking is not reflecting in the app also beneficiary added in the app is not reflecting in net banking.

With BSNL sim the sms registration is not working, registration process can't be done as the message is getting failed, tried all the advices of the Bank and Bsnl but no use. Send a sms to the staff of the Bank to show the sim has no issues, but they could not help ... Previously it worked well in the old app...even now sms are being received from the bank for transaction done but the new app regn is not working

The customer service at the KGB Taliparamba branch is highly disappointing. The staff members are irresponsible and show a completely careless attitude toward the customers.

I have updated the app. Now each time when I try to do a transaction a one time code is needed. However the code is not receiving properly. It is taking more than2-3 hours to get a one time code, which is causing a delay to make payment. Either remove this extra step or fix the one time code issue. Utterly disappointed
