Built for teams running Asterisk, FreePBX or FreeSWITCH, KGF Connect registers as a standard SIP endpoint and adds the one thing a normal softphone never has: the customer record, right there on the call.

KGF Connect connects to your organisation's own phone system and KGF CRM tenant. You will need an account from your administrator to sign in. This app is not a standalone calling service, does not provide phone numbers, and does not place calls over the mobile network.

Recent changes: The dial keypad has been removed from the bottom bar. Calls are placed from your assigned leads, Recent and Callbacks, which keeps do-not-call checks and call outcomes working correctly.
