KGS has the most beautiful client and has served one of the greatest go communities for 15+ years. I see other reviews complaining about valid issues like not being able to sign up for a new account via the mobile app, but realize KGS started as a free server developed by 1 passionate retired dude many years before Android phones existed. When the Android app was developed, it was trying to let active users enjoy KGS on their phone. I play on PC. The app is great for watching matches.

Great app. Never had issues, if the Internet connection was stable. Data consumption is minimal, which is great! I would like if you could filter out all games with bots in the "watch game -> active games" section.

£4 for a client not able to position the stones accurately, it is really disappointing. I have to point on the right side intersection of my target intersection to play. Using a pixel c.

The black stones look white, I can't start a new game, and I can't live review games. Please fix these issues, and I will rate 5 stars.

It's impossible to find games. I clicked on "search" and waited for a long time. Still haven't got a single game on my account. I played on KGS for many years, but their mobile experience is disappointing.

Bought it without knowing you can't sign up through the app; if I wanted to have it on my computer I would go that route. The option to aign up through the app would make me reinstall it.
