Stealing SMS and location . New update is demanding sms permission even when the app is not running. It means it is reading all sms and selling this information to offer loan offers. This is very bad tactics by an application

Now 3 time also same problem my old loan is closed, and they offered me a new loan of 50000 rp 3 days back their agent had come to shop and complete all his process. The app showed on 28 sep 2026 I will receive the amount. On 30 sep I called their costume care that chutya is told me still loan offer only not produced to me. Then why the agent came and complete 🤔 all loan documentation

Don't register ur phone no. with them......they keep spamming with their promotional calls.....and if u ignore their no. they will keep calling u with different nos. Until u pick it up.....plus no one responds to their customer care no....inhone itna pare shan kar diya hai ki ab toh BHI Ararat bhi padi toh bhi khatabook use nahi karunga.... I make sure to tell anyone I meet to never in their life Register with khatabook
