Alright, just received my Retro Cool Grey Jordan 1's. Super happy with the shoe. Now, for my experience: shipping took over 4 WEEKS for me to receive. Insanity. Especially with how much ya'll charge us for shipping, and then it has to get authenticated first, but since you only deal with retailers, it should be authentic to guarantee right? Also, I never had a hidden shipping fee to pay later like some people have reported. US based customer

I do think this is a great app, I like that they only source their products from known retailers, rather than individual 3rd party resellers, removing the risk factor when it comes to buying fakes/replicas like with apps like StockX. But that's just it, if its safe purchasing from known retailers, why am I still paying a high shipping fee to have my items shipped to Kicks Crew FIRST, for them to "authenticate" an item that should be authentic, and also adding 10+ extra days to the shipping time

This company sucks and is straight dishonest. You can't communicate with them and will surely pass info to my peers. The first time I ordered sneakers that dropped, so they sent an email confirming my order, so I was unable to tell them the seller hasn't sent my shoes out just to find out that the market went up, and then they canceled my order with so many lies. Now I just ordered the retro 4s Lakers and also connected me with a seller from Taiwan they did not inspect my sneakers 11 days no shoes

I order my sneakers November26, and I'm still waiting for them. They told me they would be here December 15 still haven't received them. And no updated email, and I sent them email they didn't respond. And no updated tracking number. This isn't good.
