★★☆☆☆ I just don't get it. I've downloaded the app, and I was signing up, and all was going well. Until they asked me to put my child's nickname instead of real name for my kids' privacy, so I agreed. But this one problem is that when I entered my child's nickname and I pressed the button "comform," it's not taking me to the next step, hence not forming/creating my child's profile. So please fix this problem if you want me to give a 5-star review.

★★☆☆☆ AGE FILTERS DON'T WORK! Well it'll be good if it worked as advertised. I disabled 9-12 section yet It's still there and my 5yo can play anything from it. Added 9 titles to restricted list yet still visible. Section for Premium says I can sing up without ads, yet there's no link or any info about payment. Also, I enabled Casting through Parent room yet there is no option on screen in kids mode. No offline play back either, so you can't use it on the plane. Sadly useless to us without the BASICS.

★★☆☆☆ I'm just here for Number blocks since Netflix is dropping them. Trouble is, the ads glitch terribly on the app and there's no tech support to help me solve the issue. They have a great catalog of thousands of properties, but no easy way to block the hundreds of unboxing vids I do not want my child exposed to. Furthermore, I have to type "Number blocks" into the search every time for my little guy instead of being able to create a personalized list of his favorite shows.
