★★★★★ Really good app. It's easy to use, and the makeup is good quality. However, when you click "back" it goes back to the menu and not where you were before.

★★★★★ First of all, I was pleasantly surprised by the wishlist function, where you can make separate wishlist with customized names! I couldn't find an area to leave a review on the products, so I'm going here. I have a few of their lip products, and frequently find myself reaching for their Colored Lip Balm (found in the Skincare Section). I bought the shade 02, which has a light vanilla scent, and is very moisturizing! The app is a little difficult to navigate, but it's not overwhelmingly so.

★★★★★ I love Kiko Milano, but the app is very laggy and slow. It's better to shop from their website on a laptop.

★★☆☆☆ If we click on the bag, it always says there's a problem. I already uninstalled and reinstalled the app 2x but still not working. Even online (website).

★★☆☆☆ I've been using kiko for the last two years and been building up my points and now since the update I've lost all of my points! I've made a few purchases but yet now my points aren't showing - rubbish app, should bring a card too like boots for when the app removes all of your points!!

★★☆☆☆ The doesn't work at all. It completely crashes when I open the list of products and click on an option. It really needs attention and bug fixing.
