Bad service they don't deliver on time I ordered and still had to get food the order takes 3 hours most times

I have had several very disappointing and dishonest experiences with this app. They keep posting meals and accepting orders for items that aren’t actually available. After you’ve made payment, you’re simply given whatever they have on hand, with no regard for what you ordered or paid for. That’s not just poor service — it’s fraudulent and completely inappropriate. Don’t trust their menu, and be careful before making any payment. Feel like suing them!

I ordered for food on Kilimeals over 3 hours ago, selecting the branch at Nkpolu according to the app. A man however called me over an hour ago for directions, he said he had my food and was coming from Mile 3. Till now, I haven't seen him. I had tried to call him back, but no response. I am still waiting for my food. Sadly, this Mile 3 branch has no contact to call on Google. I also called the customer service line on the app, no one picked. I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied.
