It is a simple and direct app. The food is absolutely scrumptious. The Peanut Butter Pickle burger goes against what is engrained in all humans, the fact that peanut butter is to be eaten solo, or with jelly, or dipped in chocolate. I am a witness to the joy that this particular blending of peanut butter, cow meat, and brinded cucumbers, brings to those that have stepped out of their norm and into this tasty combination. I haven't heard anyone dislikes it.

Great food, the app needs work. It won't register points from purchases, so the point of the app is more for convenience than free burgers.

I came in to killer burger to order food. I downloaded the app I'm older and not that great with online stuff, so it takes me awhile. We'll apparently my sitting here ordering food online is upsetting to them.because this young lady has not only embarrassed me beyond belief. The fries are really good. Though. One girl made it a point to tell me I could not get the rewards until tomorrow for downloading app. Not true I was able to order the reward now. I'm not dirty I have on clean clothes don't

Food is great, but this app sucks. First it wouldn't let me place an order, then it wouldn't let me remove anything from the cart, then it said my card info was wrong (it wasn't), so every time I just went somewhere else. If you leave the Place Order screen, it resets tip back to the default but doesn't tell you. The old app wasn't great, but this new one is hot garbage. If you want Killer Burger just order from their website, there is no reason whatsoever to suffer through this app.
