KIM KILL MY CORE

I coach women and mamas through intentional bodyweight movement and strength training that builds real strength, control, and power.

I built KKMC for women and mamas who want to build real strength that carries into everyday life.

This is where intentional bodyweight movement meets strength training. Inside the app, you train both — and learn how to integrate it all together.

I’ve spent over 15 years coaching women to move with more control, build strength with purpose, and feel powerful in their bodies. KKMC brings that same coaching, structure, and intensity into your home.

Every workout is designed to challenge you, build real strength, and help you move better in daily life.

KKMC is how we train together. With focus. With purpose. With real strength.
