Scam, if you close the app, the tag starts beeping. What a useless idea, what is the purpose even? Good luck with this device. You need be using the app all the time, if you lock your phone and your phone goes sleep it will beep. The app doesn't always work, gets stuck, Sometimes can't find device hence my Bluetooth on phone finds them. The menu bar is broken in each version of this app. Apple and Android, doesn't mather. Same issues. Also, why would you grant access for library, photo, video etc.?

Fake app, fake device! Don't go for this. Send the item back and request a refund. That's what I'm doing. False advertising on the tracker. It isn't gps it is purely Bluetooth and doesn't connect as the pictures show.
