Kindvoice: Daily Affirmations

Say kinder things to yourself — and hear them in a voice you choose.

Kindvoice (formerly Anchor) is a daily affirmations app that meets you where you are — emotionally. Tell it how you're feeling, and Kindvoice instantly writes personalized, positive affirmations grounded in CBT, designed to reframe negative thoughts and build a stronger mindset.

How it works

Share your mood. Kindvoice's AI turns it into affirmations based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy — the same technique therapists use to break negative thought patterns and build self-love and emotional strength.

Hear it in a voice that resonates

Choose from a curated library of AI voices, each with its own tone, accent, cadence and presence. Find the voice that feels like calm to you, and let your affirmations sink in the way they're meant to.

Immersive audio environments

Set the mood with beautiful themes — Violet Dream, Deep Space, Golden Hour, Midnight Calm, Forest Dawn — and dozens of still and moving backgrounds, or use your own photo or video.

Build your streak

Small daily moments add up. Kindvoice tracks your practice streak and mood history so you can see how consistent care for your mind grows into real change.
