I agree with every bad review. I can't set up an account. Keep getting sign in screen. My husband was able to get pulse, calories and steps to come up. I guess the rest are activated by the Scan for IOS that needs to be downloaded somehow. I think I will go for a walk. At least I can see steps and see how many calories I am burning. My pulse keeps going up because I am frustrated. 😊 Good luck to all.

The app goes straight to a log in with password. I don't yet have an account! Trying to create one but it won't allow me too.

I bought this "smartwatch" 6 months ago. Tried to download the required app. It didn't work. Asked to send it back well within the 30 days. I only got the run a round. I've been tring to return this junk for sevel months. They keep telling me to download the app. This is far and away the wrost company I've ever dealt with! They finally won. I threw the thing in the trash! I paid stupid tax. Do not even think of dealing with this product, or you'll be sorry

I am suffering the same, if not worse. My watch(s) came without me finalizing my inquiry. I got called away from my computer for several houses, and when I came back the inquiry window was just sitting there. Thinking I didn't want the watch, I simply exited. Next thing I know, my watch(s) wer on the way. You see, even with the inquiry I was lead astray offering a second watch (?) and that was where I stopped. Yup! They took the information and ran with it! You cannot return the watches.

How are new users suppose to sign up for this app when it just takes you to the sign in and wants a username or whatever very disappointing I may return this smartwatch
