Constantly having to go to okta, have to change password constantly and can't keep your old password, impossible to do mandatory training!

Whenever I try to log in after changing my password, it allows me to. Then, when the timeout activated, and it returns me to the login page, I can't log in, even WITH the right, updated password. This has happened with about 4-5 "Forgotten Password" attempts now. My username and updated passwords are right. Please fix this issue!! I can only be sent a new change password once every 24h. Not good for checking any updated shifts I have.
