★★☆☆☆ 13/12/2022 Started playing this game in 2014, and honestly, it's no longer relevant or interesting. Same boring events, same boring content. Graphics are outdated. Game lags, constant bugs and errors. You can't be competitive unless you spend lots of money, or spend most of your day playing the game. You literally have to treat it like a 2nd job for you to be competitive. 7-star heros cost real money, specialized troops also end up costing. Not worth the time. Or the money.

★★☆☆☆ Horrible experience. Purchasing gems pack is a scam, I purchased one pack worth $49 which said 700 gems + 500 gems extra, but when I bought it only gave me 700, also no replies on help center.
