Useful app for both students & staff. All most commonly used apps eg: timetabling, Canvas, KU mailbox, IT Support and very handily the KU Bus timetables & the real-time bus tracker for all stops and lines! I've seen reviews saying the app crashes or requires regular updates, I have a Samsung & therefore use the android version of the app which I've not had any issues with, other than occasionally having to sign out & back-in after the weekend when most updates occur.

This app was perfect till early 2020 when you did some upgrade. Since then, under Transport, for menu items Bus Tracker & Bus Timetable, the letters became so faint that it is difficult to read them, especially when you are outside on a sunny day. Only the said 2 menu items have this problem, others are okay. These 2 were also fine till your upgrade. I had complained about this last year, and you had replied that you will look into this during the next upgrade, but you did nothing!

Old timetable was much better, new one takes too long to load and go from 1 week to the other and sometimes just keeps loading forever. Old timetable would stay saved, and you could check it offline, new one bugs out different. Thought this app couldn't get worse, but it did, now you have to refresh every time you open it and want to see your timetable, before it would stay saved. Please bring old one back.
