Overall good experience; Good prices, good cars, clear instructions and communications, helpful and friendly customer service as well. The UX in the app is subpar though, especially for booking cars. The time picker is the most annoying! Also, some info, such as customer service contact info during the ride, and prices during the booking process, should be more easily accessible from the app. You shouldn't have to switch between the mobile app and web app this often

Horrible communication horrible customer service they will charge you for time that was even their fault. They charged me when I had to return a car for safety issues. He told me to keep a car one time while they fix the problem with the app and then tried to turn around and charge me anyway. You cannot talk to a physical person there is zero phone numbers that you can call it's all through texting Good luck

Common. This app reminds me of that meme where you deliberately try to make a bad UI. Tab out to check the calendar → app resets. Tab out to confirm payment → app resets. Also, if you go 1 millisecond over the 10-minute booking window, you can’t book the car. Honestly, investing in a new app would likely pay for itself the same day through all the bookings you’re currently missing. But the service itself is good.
