I cannot even download my already-purchased magazines. I click on "charger" and nothing happens. Their FAQ suggests that this has something to do with my internet connection, but I am on LTE with stable speeds of up to 80mbps. And I even tried with my Wi-Fi, also stable at 25mbps. Nothing seems to work for me in order to read my magazine. Just horribly disappointing so far. Edit: I finally got the app working, now every time I want to open my magazine, it takes several tries, but it works eventually. The reading mode can be enhanced. But it's good overall.

Very poorly designed reader The app was not designed for mobile use and the app crashes very often. The magazine pages are exported as low quality JPEG images and those images are downloaded to your mobile device. Limited zoom in/out capability, no text reflow (as there is no text), limited functionality, tiny buttons... And the app crashes really often: I installed the app and, at the first attempt to start it, I was greeted with 'this app has crashed'. I managed to log in, and it crashed during downloading the just bought magazine...

Really not user-friendly, but the only way to read the digital version of some magazine The zoom: too sensitive, almost unusable! The double tap: buggy, don't center correctly the text and when you adjust it it takes a piece of the surrounding pages. The magazines are loaded 1 or 2 weeks after the official release, I need to log out and login to force the update. It's too easy to activate the "read mode" when you just go through a page. The change of pages is better than the previous version, but still difficult to use. I forget something?
