This app is great on 3d scanning with most android devices. However, there are issues with how the app camera handles things. Since, the in-app camera freezes way too often. Resulting in me having to redo the 3d photography session. I would rather just import my own photos. Since, I've noticed the in-app camera is lower res quality than my phone's camera app. So model textures are worse looking. Lacking 4k support. So the details do get lost with pots and such. Otherwise, a great app.

I can't believe why other people this is not a free app. If you read, you'll know that you do unlimited 3D scan and export with export coupons which refilled every week!!

Photos canning/photogrammetry is tricky to get right and all software of this type will struggle if featureless surface or reflective. But with the right object/scene can get some absolutely beautiful scans and models really simply from this app. Freemium model works well for specific objects which can be res canned as much as needed until best model found, but only 3 models per week can be exported for free so need to pay if making a game or complex scene rapidly.

Not a scanning app If it takes hours to send off and get a scan back then the apps not a 3d scanning app. You are sending pictures off somewhere to be analyzed and converted into a point cloud.

False advertising. Free to make model but if you export the model then you will be charged $2.99 per export. Then there is the premium account. No. You limit the amount of photos down to 70 per model. Premium get 140. Ya not free and I'm a cheap person. Have a good day.

Does not work for me. Scans mostly fail and the ones that "succeed" are all misshapen and unrecognizable.
