Comments on Kismet for Android
★★★★★
Fantastic VR experience. This experience centers around sitting at a table across from Kismet - a beautiful android-like seer. She can perform basic tarot readings for you, tell you your horoscope, and can play a dice game with you. All the while she's very animated, both physically and verbally, sighing and commenting on the board state. Everything about this - the environment, animations, and Kismet herself are absolutely beautiful. Her eyes are distractingly lifelike. Had some technical issues with certain updates in the beginning but developer is super responsive and pushed out fixes pretty much immediately. Things can go wrong, and that's a fact of life. It's how you handle it that matters, and the developer handled it with finesse and urgency. You MUST experience this. It's a fantastically comfortable way to introduce people to VR/Daydream too. Five stars.

A very impressive VR experience. Nice environment, vivid character design and voice acting, all these things together makes you believed that you are in front of a masked fortune teller. First I thought I will exit this game after finished all three little sections, but I ended up keep playing the tarot card and the little board game. Besides the great part of this game, the controls do confused me at the beginning. While the tarot card section uses "tap" on the touch pad to select the card you want to pick, the other two sections uses "click" on the touch pad to do the actions. This get me confused while playing the Star and the Ur game sections at the first time. And for some reason, while not in the title screen, the game treats Home button click as an App button click, which not only broke the Home button mechanism, but also opens up the game menu every time I trying to re-center the screen. Hope it can be fixed in the future. But after all, I am really liking this experience and hope more to come on this game. Maybe developers can try to use the "Seurat" technology to boost the visual quality of the game environment?
★★☆☆☆
Wasted my money. Game never opens. It just either jumps to the last used daydream app/game, or goes to the daydream Mobile screen.
★★☆☆☆
I try to open the app and nothing happens. It just brings me back to my normal home screen.
